Tracking your basal body temp

Are you trying to get pregnant or figure out when you are most fertile? One method you may be using is measuring your basal body temperature.
By monitoring your temperature, you can look for when it starts to rise, to about 0.2 to 0.4 degrees (Fahrenheit), which occurs after you ovulate. By doing this for a few months, you’ll notice the lower temperature just before you do ovulate.
Once you start doing this, you need to keep a chart so you can start seeing your pattern, if you have one. You can download charts to keep track, like this one from Storknet.com, or you can chart online. Revolution health has this basal body temperature tracker and FertilityFriend.com has trackers that you can download.
Good luck!
