I am a parent looking for a transracial summer camp. We are parents of an adopted Asian child, two African-American children and one biological child. My oldest Asian daughter has benefited incredibly from her last two years at Holt Adoptee Camp, and my African American son went last year, but it's mainly international adoptees, and although he really embraced the transracial adoptee and racism and identity issues built into their curriculum, he didn't have anyone who looked like him, didn't return having made any connection with a continuing friend. Any domestic transracial summer camps out there? Also, any way to contact directly with Theresa Alden? Thank you.
