Turkey Salt & Pepper Shakers

It was during our summer vacation last year when I decided that I would collect salt and pepper shakers (and Christmas ornaments) from the places we visit every year. I started by buying the Salt & Pepper shakers that represented the essence of Virginia Beach. Tonight made me re-think that tradition for a little bit.

Behold, Turkey Salt & Pepper shakers. What in the world????  I’m sorry but I would never look at a frozen turkey the same way ever again. Thank goodness I only eat that poultry on Thanksgiving. That’s certainly not going on my S & P shakers collection anytime soon. I don’t care if it’s .50cents which is not by the way.

In any case, and please don’t take any offense to my reaction, you can find it at Etsy. Surprisingly enough, it’s sold out.

Um, ewwwww…I wouldn’t buy those either! I wouldn’t even want to touch those to put salt and pepper on my food. Each to their own I guess!

It looks creepy. Hahaha! I’d take them out during Halloween dinner, that’s it. Definitely not during Thanksgiving… or any other dinner for that matter.

I know right? My poor innocent eyes.. LOL

Ok, the obvious question “Who WOULD buy these?” but also “Who would try to see them?” Ewww.
