Here are two weeks of summer menus for you, featuring 30 minute meals that I’ve shared here on Busy Family Meals. Each week has 5 full dinners, 1 snack-style dinner, and 1 day left over for you to eat…well, left overs! Or to go out
Click on each recipe that you decide to use, print yourself out a text file so that you don’t have to print all the pictures and extras, and create a shopping list based upon the layout of your grocery store. Check out the posts once a week food preparation and OAMC for more tips on streamlining your shopping and cooking!
Week #1:
- Grilled flank steak
Mediterranean potato salad - Chicken panzanella
Romaine lettuce - Cajun-style pork chops
Spinach and red onion - Grilled lamb with thyme and shallots
Artichoke hearts in wine and garlic - Cheese, broccoli, and red bell pepper strata
- Deb’s taco salad
Week #2
- Red pepper pasta
Mixed greens - Arugula salad with pears and prosciutto
Crusty rolls - Burgers
Beet greens with Canadian bacon - Chicken skewers with pineapple-macadamia nut sauce
Summer rice - Grilled fish and pasta with citrus pesto
Mixed greens and tomatoes - Tangy Mediterranean salad

Some yummy sounding combinations here. Thanks Cyndi!
I love it when summer meals are planned and I don’t have to think about what to fix.
Thank you guys!
Love the red bell pepper strata! Thanks!
Thanks, Al! There sure are a lot of wonderful “garden fresh” recipes at your site…glad you stopped by!
