messydesk1.gifAs a working parent, one of the things I struggle with is home organization.

Oh, if I had the time, I would be an organizing fool, I love stuff like that. Alas, though, like many of you there’s too much day for the hours, and, some stuff has to give.

I just wanted to share this site I’ve seen all over the place: Unclutterer.

LOVE this site, it indulges my need for organizational porn (can I say that here?), is easy to read, and, is full of practical tips.

What are you waiting for? Go look at it.

I’ll wait here.

  1. Just got back and the first thing I saw was that you should pass on your books. So, that’s where I have been going wrong. I have this awful habit of hoarding my books and simply buying more bookshelves. I’m even worse with magazines. My worst example was walking into a K-Mart (years ago) to buy a pair of white socks and discovered that there was a fundraiser going on. They were selling women’s magazines from the 1960s!! Now how could I turn down a deal like that. I left with a buggy full of magazines. And, I still have them to this day.

*I think that I’m in big trouble! And when I travel… just another excuse to pick up more regional books.

I just can’t seem to get enough of this stuff, I swear it’s an illness.
