Upcycled Flatware Jewelry

Tempest in a Teapot, makers of recycled chimes, has a new line of jewelry that makes use of vintage flatware.

Their pieces are elegant, different from anything at the mall and eco-friendly too.
My favorite is this Vintage Silver Plate Fork Pendant made from the tine portion of a dinner fork.

But also charming is the upcycled creation below. The bead almost looks as if it’s going to fall from the fork’s “hands.”

Do you wear any upcycled jewelry?

I’ve seen jewelry made form vintage flatware before; but never any so beautifully done.
Thanks, Peggy
Oh wow, doesn’t the jewellery just look amazing. What a great idea used well.
Hello Eileen and Heather. Glad you like it!
They also sell earrings, but I didn’t like those as well. But then, I only wear tiny earrings anyway – no dangles for me.
