UPDATE: I am not dead.

Hi, all. I just wanted to let you know that I just got back from a media event in New York City and have not been just lying on the floor in a diabetic coma. I had a good time and walked about a million miles without my poor tired diabetic feet giving out. In fact, between the healthy eating (including a very fancy pants lunch courtesy of my publisher) and all the walking, I’ve never felt healthier.

Now I’m back, and I’ll hit the ground running here. You know, after I find some food…
