US online survey, participate in the Birth Survey

If you’ve given birth within the past three years and would like to share your review of doctors, midwives, hospitals, and birthing centers, you may want to consider filling out the online Birth Survey, from the Transparency in Maternity Care Project, the Coalition for Improving Maternity Services (CIMS).
The survey also asks about the different choices you may or may not have had and your birth experiences. It’s hoped that the first results will be available to the public by the spring of next year.
