Uterus size predicts risk of very premature twins After IVF

Here’s an interesting article with information that’s come out of the 24th annual meeting of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology: Researchers Discover That The Size Of A Woman’s Uterus Can Predict Whether She Is At Risk Of Having Very Premature Twins After IVF.

While IVF (in vitro fertilization) has been great when it’s been successful, there is still much that isn’t known about it and how it affects pregnancy and birth. This type of research allows doctors to be more aware which women may be at higher risk if they are implanted with two embryos rather than one.
