    Veteran’s Day in Australia is called Remembrance Day. We have a 3 minute silence although many places do one minute. It is a special time for us as is our ANZAC (Australia & New Zealand Army Corps) Day. I had 4 great uncles who fought in the First World War and each year on these special days I wear a red poppy to remember them.
