One of the problems that women can be left with after pregnancy is weak pelvic floor muscles. This can result in difficulty controlling urine and with sexual pleasure.
To reduce the risks of developing this weakness, Kegel exercises are highly recommended for both during pregnancy and after. The great thing about these exercises is that they can be done anywhere, any time – and no-one will know.
This video reviews the reasoning behind the exercises. Just click on the TV screen below.

alot of my mommy friends have poor bladder control after having a baby.. i was lucky to have few side effects.. maybe because i was told to do kegels throughout pregnancy!
Question on the exercises… are you supposed to do each session daily for a week? And would you do all the exercises in a row, or space them out throughout the day? Just wondering because I’ve read some pretty nasty stuff that can happen from overuse of the PC muscle, in particular actually causing premature ejaculation.
must i have muscle rest for growth, and cell rejuvination??????
