Want to Learn About Oak Up Close?

Then come on over to Rosenblum Cellars this Wednesday (July 9), from 6:30 to 8:30!  With the help of one of our winemakers—John Kane— we’ll learn how oak goes from the tree to the barrel.  And then, more importantly, how that affects our favorite beverage.  The hospitable Mr. Kane will lead us on a tour of the cellar, sampling our way through comparisons of oak barrels of different age and toast levels.  He’ll also answer any questions you have.
