According to this article the answer to your weight loss problems are as easy as grabbing a pen and paper.
Keeping a food journal, or a record of all you eat, is one way to make you feel accountable for the food you’re actually putting in your mouth, even if only to yourself. Of course, you can use any blank book, notebook or journal you already own, but there are plenty of templates available online for you to use.
Bella Online has a list of free links to PDF templates you can open and print out or download to your computer and use how you like.
Weight Wise also has a Smart Goals PDF to help you, as well as their own Food Diary template. Scroll down on the same page to locate these files.
If you’ve had any success with weight loss and keeping a food diary please share with us in the comments below.

I have been very successful using a weight loss journal that I found at writetolose.com
I thought I would pass it on to you and maybe this would help others.
Have a great day!
