Water is the Natural Body Cleanser

There are so many cleansing diets and programs available now; it is hard to decipher the good from the bad, and the marketing hype from the actual benefits. And like me, you have probably wandered from store to store searching for the ultimate cleansing product that will make you feel energised, revitalised and alive.
While it is true that there are many products available that claim to make you feel each of those things, I have found (through plenty of trial and error and with a big dent in my wallet) that the most effective and indeed the cheapest way to cleanse your body is with one of the world’s most readily available resources – water.
Water is the perfect way to cleanse your system of impurities, toxins and fats. By drinking 64 ounces of water each and every day, you are helping your body to rid itself of those things which does not serve it well.
And the benefits are immense. After just 4 weeks, I began to notice that I had more energy, my skin had improved – I had fewer blemishes and my skin felt softer, and I was continuing to lose weight.
Depending on where you live, water is drinkable straight from the tap – making it free of charge. And if tap water in your area is not optimal for drinking, then buying water in bulk can work out to just a few cents a glass – much cheaper than soda or coffee. You can also by a water purifier.
Do what I do and carry a water bottle with you throughout the day. By doing this, I manage to ‘sip’ 64 ounces every day more or less and I don’t even notice.
