Ways to Celebrate Women’s Health & Fitness

National Women’s Health and Fitness Week is tomorrow, September 27th and runs all this week until October 3rd. What can you do to celebrate? Here are five ideas:

Go For a Walk With Your Friend
There is no better way to stay fit than exercising with a friend. Friends help us to stay on track and also motivate us. Let your friend know about your exercise goals and it might help motivate her as well.

Make a Commitment to Eat Healthy This Week
For this week, focus on eating just a little bit healthier. Pay attention to our body and how you feel after a week of healthier foods, and use that to motivate yourself to continue.

Stretch
Women need to stretch their muscles and bodies as they get older. Stretching is also good for relaxation.

Pamper Yourself
Good health encompasses more than just the body. Engage in positive thinking this week and perhaps try and get a massage.
Women do so much for everyone else. But this week, be good to yourself!
