Weeding out embryos to avoid cancer

If you were offered the opportunity to genetically modify an embryo so you could ensure your baby wouldn’t have a specific cancer gene, would you do it? I found an article about two couples in the United Kingdom who did just that and wrote about it over at Cancer Commentary:  Genetically modified child to eliminate cancer gene?
