Week 4 Weigh In – It’s Getting Better All The Time!

Beginning Weight: 219
Today’s Weight: 210 (!!!!!!!)
Weight Loss To Date: 9 pounds
Woo hoo!! I feel like doing a Snoopy Dance! I lost 4 pounds this week!
Last week was definitely a much better week. I got my game face on. When I weighed in last Monday morning I was disappointed in myself, to say the least. So I had a long talk with myself about what I was doing wrong, what I could do better, and how to get from where I am to where I want to be.
My original mini goal was to make it down to 210. And I’ve done it! I have learned that I have to set mini goals to reach my bigger goal. When I look at losing 5 pounds (at a time), verses losing 75 pounds (total) it seems doable.
So now it’s time to set my next mini goal. I will set that benchmark at 200 pounds.
Anybody else want to weigh in this week with me?
