You can kick-start your weight loss simply by drinking more water every day. Lots of people don’t hydrate enough even when they’re not overweight. So for those of us who are making a concentrated effort to get healthier, it is extremely important to drink plenty of water.
Today I’m issuing a new Weight Loss Challenge: Drink your water. For the next two weeks, make a conscious effort to drink 6-8 glasses (8 oz. each) of water throughout the day. That’s a total of 48-64 ounces of water per day. If you drink bottled water and your bottles contain 16 ounces, then you only need to drink three or four bottles of water.
Are you up for the challenge?

Ah, water. I feel like I drink so much as it is but it still isn’t the recommended 6-8 glasses a day.
So alright, you’re on, I’ll drink it up and see if my weight loss doesn’t get a boost.
