Weight Loss Tip #5 – Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth

If you have a sweet tooth and that always seems to be what ends up causing you to get off your diet and gain weight, I have a quick tip for you today. Buy a can of Fat Free Redi Whip. If you’re on Weight Watchers, it’s zero points. I use it on fruit, in coffee, hot chocolate, on reduced-fat graham crackers….the sky is the limit.
