		<description>ha- one of my first jobs was at Jamba Juice, and I used to take medium sized cups of frozen mangoes at the end of my shift, wait for them to defrost a bit and just eat them. SO GOOD.

		<description>Love to use frozen fruit for a smoothie.  I like to mix in a little whey protein as well.  And sometimes maybe a little natural peanut butter.  Yum.
