Weight Watchers Printable Food Journal

I shared last week that I’m following the Weight Watchers Flex Points program to get this excess weight off. Robin and I talked a couple of weeks ago and she shared with me that she’s following the Weight Watchers plan as well.
If anyone else is doing Weight Watchers at home and needs a printable food journal to keep track of your daily intake, there’s a free one here. It’s a PDF file and has two days on one sheet. I print several then flip them over and print again on the backside, which gives you 4 days on one sheet of paper. I have a small 3-ring binder so I cut my pages in half then punch holes in them to store them in my binder.
If you’re not doing Weight Watchers, go check out the printable food journal anyway. You might be able to adapt it to suit your own needs.

Thanks for the tip about the journal, Hope!
You’re welcome!
That’s handy! You could print a bunch of them back-to-back and staple-stick them into a little book in your back pocket. I use Weight Watchers online (I’m really not a meetings kind of guy) and the online tracker is great for me – particularly since I’m online most of the time. Though this is great for those with less sedentary work habits!
I love this .. thank you so much! It will definitely come in handy for me!

I think this is very radical approach to this problem.
