However, I don't think that was an option that even crossed her mind. And celebrity adoptions only work one way: if they adopt. As sad as it is, her celebrity status robbed her of options. Of course she will have the money and the help to raise her child that many teen mothers don't. One of my cousins got pregnant at 16, and had her first child at 17. She did her leaving certificate that year and two months later had baby #2. Now she is 26 and has 7 kids. I think she is a rather awful person and a medium bad parent, but that doesn't have anything to do with her being a mother at 17. I hope for the best for Jamie Lynn's baby.
