I could write a whole long post describing what carpal tunnel syndrome is, but this video does a much better job of describing it. Just click on the TV screen:
If carpal tunnel syndrome, a repetitive stress injury (RSI), is caught early enough, it can usually be treated with bracing and anti-inflammatories, if needed. If not, surgery is often required.
