what keeps you going?

I often write about some of the things that I do to keep going, when I experience tough times. With the exception of motrin and an occasional swig or 2 of cough medicine, these “things” don’t include prescription meds.

In the past few years I have discovered the following things that work for me

~acupuncture
~meditation
~an increase in water consumption
~trail walking
~reconnecting with my guitar
~long chunks of alone time
~spa day – once a month
~spending time with pets

there is a bunch of other stuff as well. but for the most part, these are the things that make up core of my being healthy. i was wondering what you all do (if anything at all helps), to feel good when the cfids thing gets to be a little too much. please leave a comment, and let me know. if the prescription meds are working for you ~write those down as well.
