What to do with those wonderful yo-yos?

I recently posted a tutorial on how to create a basic yo-yo circle without any extra gadgets… and got a few questions on what to do with the yo-yos after they’re finished.
Here are a few ideas….
You could make a yo-yo necklace:

You could make a yo-yo wreath for Christmas (or a yo-yo wreath for Autumn):

You could make yo-yo brooches or pins (or a poppy pin for Remembrance Day:

I need to make myself a pair of these yo-yo earrings:

Or if you’re really feeling ambitious, you could make a yo-yo quilt:

Feeling inspired yet? I am… ah, so many projects – so little time

When I first saw your yo-yo tutorial, I thought, “Well those are cute; but what would I ever do with them?”
You’ve certainly answered that question. I absolutely love the wreath; but all these designs are terrific!
I have made 10 yo-yo quilts or bedspreads, whichever you want to call them. Also have made lap quilts and have enough y-yo’s made up to make dozens more.
Cool. Seems like I’ve being seeing them on sweaters recently too.
