For a few months now I have given you lots of weight loss tips and shared some disturbing and interesting videos and tidbits with you. It has occurred to me that I haven’t yet asked what is on your mind. So I’m opening the floor to you this weekend.

The most challenging aspect for me is making healthy meals interesting. i had to give up a lot of foods for health reasons, so knowing what to eat is easy.
But I’m getting tired of the grilled chichen/ steamed vegetables/baked potato/green salad plan, and want to learn ways to make meals interesting.
