Not only that it helps you determine the kind of activities that best fits your personality, but also gives you an effective mode of workout.  And since working out to lose weight is not a one-size-fits-all strategy, being able to know and choose the right activities for you that may help you trim down those fats without compromising the thought of enjoyment is truly a great and effective idea.   

According to Elena Rover, the author of Chelsea Piers Fitness Solution, (a book that can help you find just the right thing for you): &quot;It&#039;s really fun to get out there and try things.”  Working out shouldn’t be limited in going to the gym or engaging yourself into those agonizing machines just to get the desired results of losing weight or shaping up.  There may be an activity out there that you will absolutely love, but just haven&#039;t tried yet. If you have fun and are passionate about what you&#039;re doing, you&#039;re more likely to reach your fitness goals.</description>

		<description>I love swimming and walking- dance class occasionally, yoga comes and goes - usually a year on and then a year off - but boy when i got my bike out agian to ride with the kids (after I could stop pulling and pushing them around) I was  all wobbly - that was a very strange feeling.</description>

		<description>Mind-Body Guru, too. And swimming is definitely my favorite exercise -- kind of like yoga but underwater, where you don&#039;t have to talk to anyone. Soooooo sad to say goodbye to summer and my regular swims at the local pool.</description>
