What’s Your Dream Job?

When it comes to wine, what would you most like to do? With so many options out there, I may have left some out, so feel free to add an answer, as long as it’s wine related.

The retail shop is so much more work (and not as much fun) as people think. It can be a sleazy business, unfortunately. I don’t envy the sales reps and for that reason I always try to be extra-nice to them. I think they’ve got the toughest job out there!
I tried to add my own answer, “Grow grapes”, but the poll wouldn’t let me add that answer. Not that I expect to be growing grapes any time soon!
I tried to add an answer too and it wouldn’t let me…I want to own a vineyard.
Hands down…*make* wine! I started to check off own a vineyard, but I can’t even get the grape vines I have to thrive LOL!!
Think I got that feature fixed…but I went ahead and added the ones you guys mentioned!

that was a hard choice for me - i chose sommelier but I would really like to make wine and own a retail shop.

It is hard to choose, John. I have three or four that I’d love to do. If only the pay was better (not that I’m rolling in it with what I am doing now)!
