What’s Your Favorite Spring Vegetable?

Don’t forget to vote for your favorite spring vegetable in our sidebar. My favorite is asparagus, but the spring greens, especially spinach, come in second.
I love asparagus brushed with olive oil, sprinkled with parmesan, then cooked on the grill. OK, I’m making myself hungry. It’s the best straight from the garden, but my asparagus patch is done for the year. So I bought my last batch at a local farmer’s market.
I’m also a big fan of spring greens, including spinach. I love a big fresh spring salad. OK, now I really am officially hungry.
