What’s Your Workout Pet Peeve?

We all have them. . . let’s spill. Besides my personal pet peeve of not getting fit fast enough (that’s a no-brainer, though!), I hate the following scenario:
I’m on the treadmill. Someone hops on next to me. No offense to males, but they are 9 times out of 10 a guy. They fire up the treadmill on a huge incline and crank it up to running speed. They start walking, clutching onto the handles for dear life. And they look at me the whole time. They never run, but they are almost falling the entire time because they are overextended.
Wow, it’s so awkward– and definitely my pet peeve! I’m afraid that they’re going to fall, and it’s also very distracting, to say the least.

i can’t stand people who go to the gym just to try to get someone to hit on them. you know, always watching to see if other people are looking at them, not really working out or paying attention to what they’re doing. it bugs.
