White Chocolate Chips Cupcakes

This is just a basic cupcake batter that you could whip up really fast with your kids. No need to add an frostings because you are actually adding something sweet in the batter already. What would that be? Well chocolate chips, of course. You can pick from white, milk, semi-sweet, or even dark.

INGREDIENTS
:
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup of flour1 tsp of baking powder
half a bag of white chocolate chips
cupcake paper cases

Just double the ingredients if you want to make more.

Preheat the over to 350°. Put the cupcake papers on a muffin/cupcake pan.

Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy. Add the eggs, beat until everything is incorporated. Add the flour and baking powder. Beat until smooth.

Fold in the white chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into the paper cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown or well-risen.

Let the cupcakes cool on a wire rack before giving it to the kids and yourself :)
