Whole grains rich diet can reduce diabetes risk

A recent study has found that whole grains rich diet could reduce the risk of diabetes. The study analyzed the insulin levels of almost one thousand middle aged adults and appears in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Bran and wheat are some of the diets rich in whole grains. It is still not clear as to how these diets reduce the risk of dibetes.
