I know there are a few dads out there who are into home brew. Anton, a dad I met at dadstayshome.com has been brewing his own beer for some time now. He has posted a great article for all those who are new to home brewing and provides some great tips to get you started.

Here’s what you need:

- 3-5 gallon pot with lid
- long spoon
- grain bag (cheese cloth, or nylon) if your kit comes with grains
- clean and sanitized primary fermenter
- airlock
- funnel
- beer kit
