I’m sure I sabotage myself. From sandbagging, to being overly perfectionistic and thus never starting or finishing, to being afraid to fail and thus never trying – I’m like this all the time, and even knowing it, I don’t know how to get out of it! She has names for most of those, it seems. And the Deserve Level thing – wow. I totally identify with that – I’m always keeping myself back with thoughts about “why should *I* get special treatment, I don’t deserve it”. Wow. Uncanny.
