I’ve got another one of copy of Patti Stanger, star of BRAVO’s The Millionaire Matchmaker’s new book, Become Your Own Matchmaker: 8 Easy Steps for Attracting Your Perfect Mate available for giveaway.

Patti Stanger is a 3rd generation matchmaker and former Director of Great Expectations, which is the oldest and largest dating service in the U.S. Stanger founded the Millionaire’s Club in 2000 and it currently has 10,000 ladies for it’s members to meet. The Millionaire Matchmaker show follows Patti as she and her staff work with a variety of unique and challenging individuals in their quest to find true love.
If you’d like a peek at Thursday, March 19th’s episode, then click here. You’ll be introduced to someone Patti calls a “superficialiast,” and after watching the clip, I think you’ll agree with Patti. This woman sounds desperately afraid of growing old. She insults both Stanger’s hair and her attitude before ever meeting her in person. Not exactly starting off on the right foot, Superficialist.
Or click here to meet Dave, who doesn’t want to give up his stripper pole or his Swinger lifestyle even after starting a family. Sounds like a guy I used to date…. Okay, I’m just kidding. I’ve never actually seen a stripper pole in person, although I am pretty sure that I may have met a swinger before.
If you’d like to enter for your chance to win Patti’s book, please leave a comment (after watching the show on BRAVO) on this post telling me what you thought about Patti’s club members who appeared in the show. I’ll announce the giveaway winner in a couple of days.
Good luck!
*This giveaway is only open to residents of the US.

I love watching the show- thanking God I am not dating anymore and have not been for a long time, but I see the women and think get real- yep you want a rich guy but there needs to be something there. Many are looking for someone to pay bills a sugar daddy..this is good for me to see and watch with older son for a laugh because he sees guys who are unrealistic looking for someone just out of the birth canal when they have one foot in the door. Some of these guys ..well lets just say I am amazed Patti is so patient, because I would have taken a cast iron pan to their heads and said get real guy..if they actually live like that off camera then they are heading for a golddigger that will divorce. Looks will fade on the women for sure and makeup needs to be washed off and real personalities need to be shown..but its a great what not to do. The guy who brags and namedrops is one to stay away from.
Could use a lot of help in the dating area!!!
So what happened to the guy that was on matchmaker? I can not think of his name–he is the one that all the women were mad about because he thought anyone over 35ish was to old for him and he was like 50ish.
I am not too sure about a guy who likes to swing and pole dance would be for me either? Is he actually married and if so, I guess if his wife is into that life style then they should just be fine.
I’m not sure, Jackie. Do you get BRAVO? The pole guy is not married. He is looking for a wife who will use the pole and be the perfect wife. Plus, he wants her to be into the swinger lifestyle.
I’ve never watched the show until today and I must say I think this woman is just like Peggy says, “Superficial.” She is all about looks, I call it the cheerleader/popular girl syndrome. I dont know if it is about getting old though or not, just because she doesn’t want a guy having a gut or unshaven. She’s really into looks though, something about her not wanting to be embarrased around others that might not look as good as she does. I’m sure if she went on a date and saw a dorky looking guy she’d turn and walk away before ever meeting him. Just my thoughts.
I would love to win your book. I am in need of your help and I thought the first thing I should do is read your book and maybe it could solve some of my problems. I met my boyfriend about 3 and half years ago at a local Applebee’s were I was working and he was about to start working there as well. We were both in college at the time, and in about four months we will be in the real world, with our ”big kid” jobs. I am really wondering if I am wasting my time, or If he’s just not that into me. All of friends are engaged, and so of course be a girl I always talk about it. We have no plan, he won’t talk to me about marriage, so I’m lost and don’t know what to do. We have live together for about 2 years now and we get along great, I am just tired of my friends asking me when are you going to get married. I love your show and watch it pretty much everyday. If I was rich and I could be apart of your matchmaking skills, I would participate in a heartbeat! Help me WIN THE BOOK!
Trisha, we already have a winner, but I think that a good book for you would be the “He’s Just Not That Into You,” book. I recently read it and it’s a real eye-opener. In fact, I think I’ll write about it later today. I wish that it was required reading for all females.
