the leaves are still falling, so when they all fall, hubby will rake them up and get them ready for composting-this is going to be the first year we are doing this, so I’d would love this bag!

  2. Elaine says:

We have a big ol’ pecan tree, so we have to rake carefully not to lose pecans in the leaves.

  3. Noreen says:

my husband would love this bag

  4. Lori says:

Cool idea! We rake up our leaves and compost them. After the kid jump in the leaves of course!

  5. Ginny says:

We have a lot of leaves in the back. Not as many in the front unless it is really windy & we get the neighbors. My daughters love raking leaves though, so they will usually rake them all up with friends. They go around & do everyone’s houses. Then the adults just have to get the leaves into the containers.

  6. Pamspride says:

We have nearly 2 acres! So, that means lots of raking and yard work for my DH and the older boys! The older boys made an attempt at raking the leaves a few days ago but the littles just destroyed the piles!

  7. Angie says:

These are so cool! I’d love to start composting, but the whole box thing is really daunting! I hope I win!!

    Thanks,
    Angie

  8. This is the perfect solution! I always feel sad to rake up the leaves and put them in biodegradable plastic bags. My son loves to jump in the leaf pile!

I’ve been working to encourage my son to get rid of the leaves…I need something to motivate him.

  10. C. Hager says:

Magnificent - I hope we win!! I love your letters in my email . What a great start to a compost heap, and a great way to get the grandchildren involved also.

  11. Jenna Z says:

WOW! Love this idea! If I don’t win, I will certainly be buying some! Just today I went out and collected seeds from my flowers that are spent. Oh, and from my basil plant that I let go to seed. My favorite part of fall yard work is picking gourds and pumpkins!

  12. Jacqueline in Atlanta says:

I was planting a couple of things today and pulling the oak leaves out of the way to get in there and thinking, I wish I had something like a chipper to crunch up the oak leaves into mulch. Make me one, will ya?

    Thanks for having the giveaway!

  13. Lori says:

We just bought our first house and we are quite overwellmed by our yardwork.

  14. cgibbs says:

My fall yard work involves raking up all of the leaves from my neighbors trees that fall over the fence into my back yrad. I can’t fault them too much though, it is my inlaws tree!! lol
