This is an awesome book – I’m currently doing an editing and proofreading course, and more style manuals are always a good thing! I don’t have on on American styles yet.

I had this book while I was in college. When I was tutoring someone for language skills, I had lent them my copy of this book. We never met again and I could never get hold of them

Thanks for the giveaway… THE classic writers book, this was the writing bible in our high school in the late ’70’s; the dog-eared copy that I took with me to college was lost long ago, I would love to have the latest edition on my desk, next to the dictionary.
