Ski resorts bring their customers in by enticing them with promises of a wonderful experience with nature. And with that, it is also up to them to make sure that they keep the environment in tiptop shape.
To go about with that goal, quite a huge number of ski resorts in the US and the rest of North America have come to power their businesses using wind energy. They would not only be using wind power for a couple buildings in their lot. Those ski resorts which have gone totally wind power are using this renewable energy source for their entire operations.
The number of ski resorts who are becoming more environtally aware is going up and so is the number those who have chosen to use wind energy as their power source. One of the latest ski resort to join in the club is the Grand Targhee which is located in Wyoming.
