Figures a sparkling wine would be the comfort wine for someone whose blog always adds a little sparkle to the wine blogging world.

My husband was just saying today that he’s been “craving” sparklings. They seem to be very popular with people lately too which I find odd since it’s still winter and there’s not any real holiday to speak of. I can certainly see why you’d consider bubbly a comfort wine. (Make mine a Prosecco, please!)
