		<description>Don&#039;t forget to sand off all the paint before you cook with it. 
Even the ones that look like bare metal have a clear coating to prevent rusting.
If you don&#039;t sand the coating off the wire before you cook with it, then coating will soften/melt from the heat and become part of what you&#039;ve cooked to eat.</description>
