		<description>Thanks for your thoughtful post, Elizabeth, and I have to agree with you 100% about the fact that some working parents sometimes do expect special treatment. I interviewed a woman for a position with my previous employer and it was for a full-time position. During the interview, when she found I had a daughter, she asked me if she could work part-time. When I said no, the job was full-time, she got very snarky and told me that she expected that another mom would understand and be flexible.</description>
