Women’s Health Conference in Hershey

If you live near Hershey, Pennsylvania area, why not attend the Women’s Health Conference being held there August 29th? The event runs from 6:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center (West Chocolate Avenue and University Drive in Hershey.)
I’m a big fan of health conferences, because I think women do so much for other people they tend to put themselves last. So if you’re in a room with a bunch of other women all talking about health and fitness, it will make you think of it yourself.
Keynote speaker at this event will be Dr. Ian Smith. You know him from VH-1’s Celebrity Fit Club, but he’s also a well known author and doctor all about being health (not just thin!) He’ll speak about health issues today for women and how to make your life more healthy.
