Work Out and Socialize at the Same Time

Is your schedule filling up too fast and you don’t have enough time to do all the things you want or need to do? For example: working out and getting in that much needed gab time with your friends. Why not combine the two?
Ask a friend to workout with you and chat it up while you’re on the treadmill. Or maybe you could both join a sport’s team in your area. Get a group of gals together in your neighborhood to walk around the block a few times a week or maybe even train for a marathon together.
The ideas are endless! Sometimes multi-tasking can be fun. When you can get some exercise and spend time with your friends, then that is a very good thing.
