Work Out and Socialize at the Same Time

January 9, 2008 by Julie Bonner

hand-weightsIs your schedule filling up too fast and you don’t have enough time to do all the things you want or need to do? For example: working out and getting in that much needed gab time with your friends. Why not combine the two?

Ask a friend to workout with you and chat it up while you’re on the treadmill. Or maybe you could both join a sport’s team in your area. Get a group of gals together in your neighborhood to walk around the block a few times a week or maybe even train for a marathon together.

The ideas are endless! Sometimes multi-tasking can be fun. When you can get some exercise and spend time with your friends, then that is a very good thing. :)
