		<description>You make some great points - if a &quot;benefit&quot; can&#039;t benefit all employees, how big a benefit is it, really? Also, as you say, some of the benefits aren&#039;t all that big to begin with. And yes, ALL employees - fathers too, although they don&#039;t need the lactation room. Shouldn&#039;t we be thinking in &quot;family-friendly,&quot; not just &quot;mom-friendly,&quot; terms by now?</description>

Thanks for the linky love, I share the same concerns about the list as you.  And what bugs me as well is there are some companies on the list who do deserve to legitimately be there, but because there are others who do not have such stellar programs, the entire list loses integrity which is a big bummer.</description>
