Workout Myths!

On my quest to find out more about exercise and how I can incorporate more into my daily life, I found this interesting video. It comes from The Today Show, and celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.
I am glad I watched, especially because I always thought that working out first thing in the day was best for me. And I always make sure I stretch for a few minutes before walking, and now I know that is probably a waste of time.
I wish I had a personal trainer – it would sure make this all easier.
