Sorry, I don’t think that’s possible. Well, maybe… you could pull this off:
I did, however, want to get your attention — so that I could say… Welcome!
If you’re a regular visitor, welcome back. If you’re a first time visitor, you’re in for some fun. I’m Jennifer, the newest Offbeat Homes blogger. My goal as the new Offbeat Homes team member, is to keep on bringing you the latest in new and funky home and business design, building products, and ideas for living that go beyond ordinary and into the extraordinary. I’m going to be incorporating some fun new elements into this blog and I’d like to get you, my cool readers, involved (more on this to come). Got a suggestion? Leave a comment or send me an email.
Unfortunately, I’ve got to take off for a bit. Lately things have gotten a little hectic around my house. Summer’s here, work is busy, my son’s buzzing around, and the kitchen is a disaster. It’s a balancing act. Speaking of balancing acts, Maricar, over at Keeping The Castle, has a great post about balancing parenthood and home tasks. You can read that, while I try to get my household chores done. And later, I’ll be back with something neat for your viewing pleasure.

Jennifer, I’m sorry, but if you think that’s a house you’re not dealing with a full deck.
Okay, guilty of incredibly lame comment. What can I say, its bedtime.
This looks like a fun site, and I’ll be curious to see what trouble you get yourself into over here.
Well, I must say…I’m not surprised that you’re my first comment over here — such the limelight seeker. Just kidding! Welcome and thanks for stopping by. I LOVE the pun, it reminds of exactly, and I do mean exactly, what my good friend Bob would say…he’d be proud.
I was hoping to find information on how to build a straw house… (ya know, out of hay bales?!) instead I find jokes. Sorry. I thought Id found a serious address, but this put me off so much I wont even look around.
@Renee – sorry if it put you off, but this is not a how to site. This isn’t even a straw bale site, so to your opinion, I’m not sure what to say. We are what we are. However, if you’re looking for a good straw bale how to you should check out Building With Awareness – A DVD & Guidebook On Building A Straw Bale Home – it’s the best there is in my opinion.
