Xebra Xero: A Cool Way To Move Around

There is yet another vehicle in the market that could help you out be a more responsible Earth-dweller. No, it is not the Toyota Prius or the Saturn Vue Green Line.

This is the electric vehicle Xebra Xero which is another creation of car manufacturer ZAP.

But mind you, the Xebra Xero is a unique one. See, it cannot be considered to be a car nor can it be considered to be a motorcycle. This one comes with three wheels.

The power of the of this vehicle comes from a photovoltaic panel. You can charge it up through a standard 110 volt outlet in your home. But for short distances, you need not charge it up. You can just allow the sun’s rays to supply the power for you.

It has even been noted to have the capacity to zoom through at 40 miles per hour and it comes with a tag price that says $12,000. Just right, don’t you think?

Not to be a link-hungry spammer or anything, but I recently posted about a local electric car manufacturer. You can check out the first post here: http://rengen.info/renewableenergy/334.html

Your post just put me in mind of the electric car I wrote about :)

I think the price really made a difference. Being affordable really makes people embrace such technology.
