Yoga for health

We’ve touched on yoga a bit here at Help My Hurt and I’ve introduced you to our newest bloggers over at Grounded Fitness, where they talk about exercise and yoga. So now, here’s some more information on how yoga can help with helping manage some types of health issues, including chronic pain.

    My chiropractor was very pleased with the progress with my back (various issues) and he asked what I was doing. He was very pleased when I said that I was doing yoga, and asked questions about my instructor. I explained her policy of “listen to your body” and “There’s always a modification.” He was quite pleased. I move better than i have in years.
