You Can’t Stir Fry Brussel Sprouts

If you are a mom who likes cooking from scratch, make sure that you write down all of your recipes. Better yet, include them in one of those fill in the blank cookbooks. It will make a great gift in the future and trust me, your kids, unless you are very lucky, will need all the help they can get when they move away from home.

One of the first things my son did when you moved out was to run home and ask for the easiest cookbook I owned. He had no idea where to start. One of our funniest stories is how he tried to stir fry brussel sprouts.

And about those cookbooks. I have plenty. I don’t use them very often, but the pictures are great!
