Your Baby Can Read!

As I’ve mentioned before, I’m a huge proponent of early learning. I use the early math flash cards and can’t stress enough the importance of learning to spell. While I don’t expect my son to be a math and literary genius, my wife and I try lots of different avenues to stimulate his brain.

I recently picked up the Your Baby Can Read! starter edition DVD and my son loves it. It introduces kids to 20 new words in a simple format which helps them develop the association between words and objects. Whether or not you read to your kids already, it helps stimulate brain activity and kick start the path to reading proficiency at an early age.

I will be giving away a free copy of this little gem later this month, so keep checking back! If you’re not the contest type, the Your Baby Can Read! starter DVD is also available on Amazon for $9.95 and is worth picking up, along with the rest of the series.
